Haryana State Board of Technical Education (HSBTE) is an Autonomous Body mandated to regulate Diploma Level Technical Education in the state. HSBTE monitors and coordinates all matters pertaining to Affiliation, Academics, Examination and Certification with respect to Diploma Courses along with students’ centered activities of skilling and employability. Having been closely associated with the system and from the suggestions and feedback of the stake holders, it shall be my endeavor to revamp the various processes and adopt better technological implementation & evaluation techniques for the benefit of stake holder students.

We are determined to continuously update and upgrade curriculum to produce ready-to-walk-in-workforce. We have undertaken a slew of reforms spanning various segments including curriculum updation, promoting mentor-mentee-concept, evolution of a continuous evaluation system, customized learning opportunities, examination reforms, digital initiatives, Centres of Excellence to impart customized skill-set trainings towards making Aatm-Nirbhar Haryana and Swawlambhi Yuva.

Education is the harmonious development of the physical, mental, spiritual and social faculties. It is the process of awakening the thirst for knowledge and kindling the inquisitive spirit that lead to the overall development of students as envisaged in NEP-2020.

The message that “Tough times don’t last but tough people do” should be loud and clear for the upcoming batches motivating them to strive hard to carve their niche and sustain the professional demands & adversities. I expect that every student should always endeavor to uphold good morals and act as an inspiration to the society.

It’s my sincere appeal to all the stakeholders to put their best foot forward and strengthen the bond of working in team with elated in the best interest of the student community and the society at large.
